Under a Blood-Red Sun

Welcome to Nemesis, a strange world of psionic creatures, ancient mysteries, and, above all, adventure! A tidally-locked world beneath a never-setting blood-red sun, Nemesis is a world of weird and wonderful creatures, home to Humans after a crash landing over 3,000 years in the past. Inspired by a long list of literary works from Burroughs to McCaffery, Under a Blood-Red Sun is a planetary romance pulp adventure setting based on my own OSR-adjacent/NSR ruleset Less is More. Inspired by The Black Hack and Knave, the system itself is a d20 roll-under system based on the classic 6 attributes but using a freeform trait system instead of classes and species.

What Can I Do?

• There are ancient human outposts to uncover and sweet Earth-Tech to find!
• Earn the sponsorship of an Immortal, the genetically and cybernetically enhanced ruling caste!
• Try to stay one step ahead of the skyknights, enhanced soldiers riding psionic dragons and doing their Immortal master's bidding!

• A full set of gaming dice (d20, d12, d10, d8, d6, and d4)
• 2-5 friends
• Some paper and a pencil
